Eventually the traveller was left with only his head. To the last animal, he gave his eyes. P148 MOMIJI That goblin ate his crispy eyes. He said, "Thank you. I'm going to give you a token of my appreciation." But that was also a lie. The token of his appreciation was one scrap of paper that said "Idiot." But the traveller cried in large drops. "Thank you, thank you. This is the first token of appreciation I've ever received. I'm so happy, I'm so happy. Thank you, thank you."
